About Board & Bond Mobile Charcuterie

Our Story

For over 15 years, we have been dedicated to bringing people together through exceptional food, meaningful conversation, and seamless event planning. Initially focused on private events, we’re now thrilled to extend our expertise to the public, offering unique and unforgettable event experiences for everyone.

SERVICES

Chat & Charcuterie

Enjoy a 1 Stop Charcuterie Board and guidance on how to create your own beautiful board. This interactive class allows you to learn the art of board-making. If event is outside of our 50 mile radius an additional fee of $0.75 per mile round trip will be added to the cost.

Savory: Specialty meats & cheeses, crackers, fruit/nut mix, specialty dried fruits, and dips.

Sweet: Specialty desserts, brownies, cookies.

Specialty Themes: Movie Night, Holiday, etc.

Specialty Boards & Boxes

Variety of specialty boards and boxes that are perfect for gifts or a customized snack experience. Traditional Board: Meat/specialty cheese/fruit/nut mix/crackers. Date Night Board: Meat/specialty cheese/crackers/fruit/chocolate. Breakfast Box: Quiche/candied bacon/specialty cheeses/fruit. Holiday Sweets Box: Cookies/candies/specialty desserts. If boards or boxes need to be delivered outside of 74131 zip code there will be an additional fee of $0.75 per mile round trip added to the cost.

Small Box

Serving size is for 1 person. (Discount available for orders of 10 boxes or more. (Request information)

Medium Box/Board+12

Serves 10 people. There is an additional fee of $12 if it is placed on a board. (You will be able to keep the board.)

Large Box/Board+20

Serves 25-30 people. There is an additional fee of $20 if it is placed on a board. (You will be able to keep the board.)

Accommodations & Food Safety

Food Allergy Accommodations

Some ingredients that we use could cause life threatening or significant allergic reactions. It is very crucial that we are informed of any food allergies prior to the event so that we can accommodate your guests safely.

Not Held Responsible

Board & Bond will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions since it is the clients responsibility to inform Board & Bond of any food allergies upon ordering and booking.

Food Safety

At Board & Bond we recommend that all boards and boxes be refrigerated upon delivery until time to serve. We also recommend for all boards/spreads/tables a 3.5 hour graze time frame for events inside, and 1.5 hours for events outside. We place fly fans at all outdoor events. Board & Bond will not be held responsible for any food consumed outside of the safe consumption time frame.

Deposits and Cancelations

LARGE ORDERS & BOOKINGS

All large orders and bookings of $500 and more will require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. If you do not pay your deposit within 72 hours of booking, your date will not be held. Remaining balance is due 8 days prior to delivery or event date.

CANCELLATIONS

If your event is canceled, please call 918-231-6452 as soon as possible with event cancellation information. Please keep in mind that Board & Bond is not responsible for the cancellation. No refunds or accommodations can be made due to the fact that products will have already been ordered and in hand.
